Insulated and handsome "Chukka" style, really well made. Very soft leather and very comfortable shoe. At the under $40 price I paid, a steal! The only issue is the pull up loop in the back. If you're wearing jeans, it will get stuck on it. i clipped mine and glued the leather down. Looks perfect and works great.
